By volunteering your time, you are making a real difference in the life of a child!
Free English, Arts and Piano/Violin lessons at selected orphanages in Tokyo and Kanagawa.
Borderless Piano Academy - sLs Japan is organising this project by supplying teachers to teach at selected orphanages. Everyone deserves to be educated. It is unfair that orphans are not permitted to learn languages, arts or music because of their financial background. We hope to provide A fair chance for every child, for all children.
We believe that by sharing musical experiences, children who would not otherwise have the opportunity can experience a kind of freedom and self-discovery that is often stifled in an atmosphere of economic hardship.
We’re always looking for volunteers to get involved in our work, and depending on your skills and experience, we’ll probably have a volunteering opportunity which is right for you.
